We stand behind the quality of BoardKit’s governance templates and tools. If you purchase any BoardKit product and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

Eligible Products

This refund policy applies to the following BoardKit products:

•Core Playbooks (Board Meeting in a Box™) — $499 one-time purchase

•Professional Suite — $1,999/year subscription

•Concierge Onboarding — $15,000 engagement (refund eligibility applies to the initial engagement fee prior to commencement of custom work)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@getboardkit.co with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include the email address used at the time of purchase. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Conditions

•Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

•Each customer is eligible for one refund per product.

•For Professional Suite annual subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase or the most recent renewal date.

•For Concierge Onboarding engagements, refund eligibility applies only to the initial engagement fee and only if custom governance work (assessment, template configuration, or training sessions) has not yet commenced.
